Arsenal are on the verge of signing Oleksandr Zinchenko from Manchester City. The Gunners agreed a £30 million fee with the Premier League champions over the weekend and the Ukrainian, who has now reached an agreement over personal terms, is set to undergo a medical this week ahead of a proposed move. Sergio Reguilon is a target for La Liga side Sevilla after the Spaniard was made available for a transfer this summer. However, Julen Lopetegui’s side cannot afford his after-tax wages of £49,000-a-week (£2.5million-a-year) at this moment in time. (TuttoMercatoWeb)

West Ham United are on the verge of signing Armando Broja from Chelsea, but they may not stop just there. The Hammers are still not out of the race to sign Gianluca Scamacca, and they could well pull off both deals in this window. (90min)

And finally, Lyon have slashed Arsenal target Lucas Paqueta’s asking price in half. Reports previously revealed that the Brazilian would cost a staggering £68 million, but it has now been claimed that the French outfit would accept a bid in the region of just £34 million. (Media Foot)
