Clement Lenglet will become the latest player to join Tottenham Hotspur in this transfer window. Spurs have agreed to take the Barcelona star on a one-year loan, with Roma and Marseille amongst those to miss out on the France international, 90min reports.
Spurs will quickly step up their pursuit of Richarlison amid fears Arsenal could reignite their interest. The Gunners look set to miss out on signing Raphinha, and had the Everton star on their radar earlier in the window, also according to 90min.

But the Gunners’ top target with Raphinha seemingly heading elsewhere is Noa Lang. The Dutchman enjoyed an outstanding year with Club Bruges. And Mikel Arteta is now keen to bring him to the Emirates, Mundo Deportivo claims.
Arsenal have made a third bid to sign Lisandro Martinez from Ajax. The Eredivisie giants are holding out for £43 million for the Argentinian and the Gunners’ latest offer is not expected to be enough, according to The Sun.

Transfer latest: Leeds want Winks; Arsenal eye Asensio
Leeds United have joined the race to sign Harry Winks. The Tottenham Hotspur star is in talks with Everton. But the two clubs are yet to agree a deal with the Toffees eyeing a loan move for the midfielder. Spurs value Winks at £20 million, the Liverpool Echo reports.
Chelsea have offered Raphinha a five-year deal to join the Blues this summer. The Brazilian would earn around £115,000-a-week at Stamford Bridge. And his deal would include an option for a further year, Tuttomercatoweb claims.
Liverpool have rejected an opening bid from Nottingham Forest for full-back Neco Williams. Steve Cooper’s men will have to pay £15 million to sign the Wales international this summer, according to the Daily Mail.
Finally, Arsenal are willing to make a bid for Marco Asensio. The Real Madrid star could leave with his contract up next summer, Cuatro reports.
