To kick off our latest transfer round-up, Mikel Arteta has given a move for Lucas Paqueta his approval with Arsenal now in talks with Lyon over the Brazilian. The Ligue 1 side want at least £50.6 million for the 24-year-old, according to UOL.
Arsenal are also looking at a move for Aston Villa youngster Carney Chukwuemeka. The 18-year-old is currently refusing to sign a new contract with his deal up next year. And the Gunners are battling the likes of Newcastle and Manchester City for the teenager, 90min claims.

Raphinha will join Barcelona after Leeds United accepted a bid from the Catalan giants for the winger. Barca will pay £48.9 million up front, while the total fee could reach £56.5 million. Fabrizio Romano has now given the move the Here We Go treatment on Twitter.
Juventus have joined the race to sign Sergio Reguilon from Tottenham. The left-back has been left out of the squad for Spurs’ pre-season tour to South Korea and is free to leave in this window. The Old Lady are battling with Sevilla for his signature, Calciomercatoweb reports.

Newcastle have taken a step towards signing Paris Saint-Germain striker Arnaud Kalimuendo. The 20-year-old is wanted by Leeds amongst others. But it appears that the Magpies are leading the race to sign the £21.2 million-rated Frenchman, according to Media Foot.
Armando Broja has decided that he wants to join West Ham from Chelsea this summer. The Hammers plan to ramp up talks to sign the Albania international, who is also wanted by Newcastle and Everton, according to the London Evening Standard.
Memphis Depay is not currently keen on joining Tottenham. The Barcelona forward faces falling to the periphery of the squad with Raphinha arriving. But a move to Spurs does not currently appeal to the Dutchman, Sport claims.
And finally, Nottingham Forest are hopeful of making Lewis O’Brien their seventh signing of the summer transfer window, The Telegraph reports.
