Newcastle United have now made a bid for Jack Harrison. The Magpies have put in an offer worth £23.6 million for the Leeds winger. However, the Whites want considerably more, with the 25-year-old valued at around £35 million, according to a report from Tuttomercatoweb.

Transfer latest: Leicester may sell Maddison, Fiorentina improve Lo Celso bid

One wide player likely to leave Leeds this summer is Ian Poveda. The youngster was loaned out last season before sustaining a serious injury. Leeds will now consider a loan deal that includes an option to leave permanently, the Yorkshire Evening Post reports.

Leicester City may have to sell James Maddison amid interest from Tottenham. The Foxes are yet to sign anyone in this window, and need to move players on first. And with that, cashing in on Maddison could be an option for Brendan Rodgers, The Telegraph claims.

Fiorentina have made an improved bid for Giovani Lo Celso after their initial loan offer for the Spurs player was turned down. The Serie A side still want the Argentinian on loan. But the latest offer includes a £15 million option to buy, according to The Times.

And finally, Jesse Lingard would prefer to join West Ham as Nottingham Forest hold talks to sign the 29-year-old, 90min claims.
