Tottenham reportedly have a long-term interest in Ajax winger Hakim Ziyech, who has been in outstanding form for the Eredivisie outfit this season.
According to the Guardian, Spurs have been keen on the 26-year-old for some time.
It’s unclear on if the North London club will target the playmaker in the summer, but manager Mauricio Pochettino should be elated if they do bring him in.
Ziyech has made 37 appearances for Ajax this season, scoring a stunning 18 goals and supplying 16 assists in return.
The Morocco international is a left-footed wide man with great trickery and also an eye for goal.
His highlight so far this season has to be scoring in both games against Real Madrid, as they dumped the holders out of the Champions League and booked their spot in the quarter-finals against Juventus.

Ziyech’s for on the European stage suggests he’s no flash in the pan and he would be an exciting prospect if he moved to the Premier League.
The trickster is exactly the type of marquee addition that would excite Spurs fans for next year ahead of their first full season in a new stadium and he should be about to enter the peak years of his career.
Pochettino should try force Spurs to ramp up interest in Ziyech in the summer to strengthen his options in forward areas and also give them a different dimension.
