Tottenham are going to push to try and sign Inter Milan striker, Lautaro Martinez, during the summer months, as Fabio Paratici looks to make signings to appease both Harry Kane and Antonio Conte.
Conte’s remarkable turnaround for Spurs has given the Italian some more leverage when it comes to transfer targets and how much he is backed. Certainly, a top four finish – which is looking more and more likely – would add even more weight to his cause.
And according to Football Transfers, Tottenham are ready to push once again to sign Martinez from Inter. The Argentinian is set to move on this summer, with Inter apparently tracking Paulo Dybala in his place. It would be the second summer running Inter have sold a key striker, having let Romelu Lukaku join Chelsea last year.

Martinez, who was branded by Lionel Messi as ‘very complete’ and ‘spectacular’ for his ability, has scored 14 times this season for the Nerazzurri.
Football Transfers reports how Spurs see Martinez as a player who can come in and play with Harry Kane, rather than replace him. That marks a key shift in focus from Tottenham, who had at one point seemed certain to be looking to replace the striker this summer.
Inter are thought to value Martinez at around the £75m mark, although that figure seems to change weekly.
TBR’s View: Lautaro Martinez A Statement Signing For Tottenham
This is the sort of signing that Spurs need to keep players like Son and Kane around, and it will certainly be a pleasing capture for Antonio Conte.
Martinez is world-class on his day. There aren’t too many better in Europe at the moment and he’s the sort of player who’d make Tottenham fans really believe the club are going places.
Of course, other clubs are keen and FT does report how Atletico Madrid holds an interest. But the lure of Conte, the top four, and Premier League money could well tempt Martinez to London.
