Tottenham Hotspur have been busy in the summer transfer window, signing seven players so far.
Six of those are new players, while Dejan Kulusevski’s Spurs loan spell has been turned into a permanent move.
Tottenham don’t seem to be done just yet either. There has been speculation linking Spurs with more attacking players.

Gianluca Di Marzio recently reported on X that ‘Spurs are in contact’ with Porto for striker Mehdi Taremi.
Spurs are apparently ready to offer £20million for the Iran international, while Porto are asking for £25million.
Now, A Bola has given Tottenham a boost with a report that suggests personal terms won’t be much of a problem.
The Portuguese outlet claims that Taremi has always wanted to play in the Premier League.
With that in mind, the 31-year-old ‘will not hesitate’ to make the move to the English top flight this summer.
This is despite apparent interest from Serie A giants Inter Milan as well.
Our view
It increasingly looks like Harry Kane could stay put at Tottenham past the end of the transfer window.
If that were the case, it would certainly sort out one potential problem for Spurs in terms of their firepower.
At the same time, Spurs really could do with more attacking reinforcements, if only to lessen the burden on Kane.
Alejo Veliz is a top talent but he’s young and may need a bit of time to get up to speed at Premier League level.
By contrast, Taremi is a veteran striker with experience at the highest level of the game.

He has over 300 competitive senior appearances at club level, as well as 66 caps for Iran, with a goal per game.
Last season, Taremi registered 31 goals and 14 assists in 51 games. That’s almost a goal contribution every match.
Obviously he won’t have much resale value, given he’s the wrong side of 30. But he’s certainly showing no signs of slowing down.
If Spurs can get him for under £25million, and he can help take the pressure off Kane for two seasons while Veliz develops, the knock on effects will be worth it.
