Tottenham target Viktor Tsyhankov would be a brilliant addition

Tottenham fans should be hopeful that they can get a reported move for Dynamo Kiev attacker Viktor Tsyhankov over the line in January.

According to TEAMtalk, Spurs are lining up a bid for the 20-year-old when the transfer window re-opens in the winter and manager Mauricio Pochettino has given the green light to make a move.

It is understood that the North London club are in the process of brokering a deal for him after chasing him for months, but the likes of Bayern Munich, Barcelona, Manchester City, Manchester United and Liverpool have also been tracking him.

Spurs could do with a strong January transfer window after failing to buy a single player in the summer and a fresh injection of players could give everyone a major lift.

Tsyhankov is a dynamic player that fits the mould perfectly for Pochettino, as a youngster with immense potential and someone that should be able to buy into an attacking style of football.

The right-winger is already a key player for club side Kiev, scoring five goals and supplying five assists in 18 games across all competitions this season.

He is a skilful wide man that is comfortable on either foot and has the flexibility to play anywhere across the frontline.

Spurs could do with some extra ammunition in wide areas and the highly-rated talent could be the perfect January signing for Pochettino to integrate into the side.

Pochettino could work his magic to help the Ukraine international take his game to the next level and Spurs may be a great fit for the player.
