Tottenham are reportedly interested in a summer move for AC Milan’s Suso, who will be familiar to Premier League audiences from his time with Liverpool.
According to the Mirror, Spurs are keen to reignite interest in the Serie A attacker and are joined by Arsenal in the hunt.
It is understood that the right-winger has a release clause in his current contract with Milan set at £35million, but the Italian club are trying to negotiate a new deal with him to remove it.
The report details that Mauricio Pochettino is a long-term admirer of the 25-year-old and the Spurs interest is stronger than Arsenals.
Suso has developed into a key player at Milan since he failed to make the breakthrough at Liverpool as a youngster.
He has made 26 appearances across all competitions so far this season, scoring six goals and supplying eight assists in return.

Suso is a technically gifted attacker that is a great dribbler and the left-footed ace also has an eye for goal.
The Spanish wide man has managed to start fulfilling his potential in Italy and is now an intriguing target for Spurs.
Pochettino’s faith in Suso should be the factor that makes Spurs press ahead with a summer raid, especially if he can be snapped up at £35million.
His previous spell in England suggests he would be a slight risk, but he’s improved massively into a mature player and would help add some extra quality to Spurs in the final third.
