Leeds Untied will reportedly demand a hefty £20million for Jack Clarke this summer amid interest from Tottenham.
According to the Mirror, Spurs have been informed they will have to fork out £20million for the teenage attacker.
It is understood that the North London club could consider loaning the 18-year-old back to Elland Road if they do sigh him.
The Daily Mail previously reports that Spurs had made a £10million offer the Leeds talent.
Clarke is a highly-rated talent that has made his breakthrough at Leeds over the last year and caught the eye in the Championship.
The Yorkshire-born winger is a special talent that is great in possession and loves running at full-backs.
But a £20million price tag on his head should raise major concerns for Spurs and would be a sizeable risk at that price.

Clarke has played just 25 first-team games for Leeds, scoring two goals and supplying two assists in return.
The wide man looks a real threat off the bench and ready to take the Championship by storm, but a step up to the Premier League would be going into the unknown.
Spurs, who are preparing for a Champions League final, have shown they are excellent at nurturing young talents into top-class players.
But Clarke is at the beginning of his path into senior football and £20million would put massive pressure on his young shoulders.
