Tottenham are reportedly interested in Newcastle United attacker Ayoze Perez.
According to AS, Spurs have jointed the pursuit for the 25-year-old ahead of the summer transfer window.
The report details that the North London club will have to fight off completion from Napoli and Inter Milan if they want to land his signature.
It is also understood that the Spaniard has a release clause worth around £25.7million in his contract at St James’ Park.
Perez has been a consistent performer for a number of years for Newcastle and has played a key role in their Premier League survival this season.
He is an attacker that usually players behind a striker and has scored 12 goals in 40 games across all competitions this season.

Perez would definitely add some more competition at Spurs if he joins for next season and it could be good motivation for Dele Alli.
Alli, 23, is an exceptional attacking midfielder that has great talent, but is not enjoying his best season to date.
The England international has seven goals and six assists in 35 Spurs games this campaign, which isn’t quite hitting the mark he’s capable of.
He needs some more competition in the squad to get the best out of him and he would have to improve if he had Perez breathing down his neck.
Alli cost Spurs a bargain £5million (BBC) back in 2015 and there is still plenty more for him to show moving forward.
