Tottenham forward Son Heung-min has been representing his country South Korea during the international break, which offers some respite from the struggles in north London.
He captained the side as they strolled to an 8-0 victory over Sri Lanka, finding the back of the net twice and laying on another goal before being substituted on the hour mark.
Those gruelling trips to Asia do not seem to take anything away from Son’s Tottenham performances and the supporters will be hoping he can replicate that goalscoring form on his return.
His commitment has never been in doubt and he has carried on working hard to try and help Spurs out of their current funk and cannot be blamed for issues further back.

Judging by the responses on Twitter, the supporters were impressed with his performance and want him to come back without injury so he can keep it going in a Spurs shirt.
The standard of the opposition could have been better but you can only beat what’s in front of you and dominating an opponent and scoring goals may just be the confidence boost Son needed as the international break comes at a good time for Mauricio Pochettino’s squad.
