Tottenham are busy preparing for their biggest game in recent history. On Saturday they take on Liverpool in the final of the Champions League, aiming to claim the trophy for the first time.
Shortly after the game at the Wanda Metropolitano, attention will turn towards the summer and in particular the transfer window.
Spurs haven’t signed a player since January 2018, when Mauricio Pochettino raided PSG for the services of Lucas Moura.
On that basis, it looks like being a busy summer for the club. Reaching the Champions League Final will only serve to make Spurs more determined to ensure this campaign isn’t a flash in the pan.

Some names have already started to emerge as potential targets for Tottenham. The Daily Mail is reporting that PSV winger Steven Bergwijn and Leeds youngster Jack Clarke are on the radar.
Bergwijn netted 16 goals last season is as per the report he is valued at £35 million by his current club.
Another report from the Daily Mail suggests that it will take £12 million to tempt Leeds into selling teenager Clarke.
Exciting times
It is perhaps the kind of players being targeted by Spurs that will delight their fans the most. These two rumours would indicate that young, hungry, potential stars seem to form essential criteria for Pochettino this summer.
Both Bergwijn and Clarke look like becoming top quality players and in signing them now they would tie them down ahead of their very best years.

Bergwijn would probably be capable of going straight into the Spurs team. The 21-year-old netted 15 goals and registered 13 assists last season and his energetic persona would be a vital asset to the team.
Clarke might have to wait a little bit more patiently, as he has done at Leeds; but there has been enough to suggest he can play at Premier League level.
It is an exciting time to be a Spurs fan and these two signings would only serve to enhance the excitement levels for years to come.
