Tottenham Hotspur star Kyle Walker-Peters has described Tammy Abraham as “incredible” on Instagram after the Chelsea striker netted a hat-trick for Frank Lampard’s side on Saturday afternoon.

Chelsea earned an excellent 5-2 win over Wolverhampton Wanderers away from home, in a match that saw Lampard’s young guns hit the headlines. Abraham scored three times, while Fikayo Tomori and Mason Mount also netted.

Abraham, 21, is sitting joint first at the top of the Premier League goalscoring charts after five league games alongside Manchester City ace Sergio Aguero – with seven goals to his name. All seven have come in his last three league outings.

Abraham, who has two England caps to his name but both have come in friendlies, posted on Instagram a picture after the match at Molineux with the matchball – captioning it “no better feeling”.

Chelsea and Tottenham are considered somewhat rivals, given both clubs are from London and that both are expected to challenge for a place in the top four – but Walker-Peters put that rivalry side to heap praise on Abraham.

The Tottenham defender reacted to Abraham’s hat-trick by replying to the striker’s Instagram post, describing the former Bristol City, Swansea City and Aston Villa loanee as “incredible”.
