Tottenham should prioritise a striker with January funds
Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino will reportedly have funds available to him in the January transfer window to add to his squad.
Spurs went through the entire summer without bringing in any new faces to the squad, but despite that sit second in the Premier League table and are in brilliant form.
According to the Telegraph, Pochettino will have funds in the New Year available for the “right player” and they could offload some current stars to help make room.

The north London club have managed to wriggle their way into the Premier League title equation, but that could be shattered if they lose talisman Harry Kane in attack for any period of time.
Spurs’ long-term problem has been no genuine understudy to striker Kane, with versatile attackers Heung-Min Son and Lucas Moura slotting in on occasions.
Pochettino should convince the board that adding a quality striker to the ranks next month is a smart move and could lift their chances of a potential title challenge, while there is also the Champions League knockout tie with Borussia Dortmund ahead of them.
