Jose Mourinho has had an ideal start to his Tottenham stint as manager by getting them back in the top four race and a victory over Chelsea at the weekend will see them back in the Champions League spots in the Premier League table.
But there is certainly plenty of work to be done if Spurs want to competing right at the top end of the division and it could take a couple of transfer windows.
The North London club need to improve defensively across the board, as well as finding some more competition in the squad for their main four attackers of Harry Kane, Heung-Min Son, Lucas Moura and Dele Alli.
One man that should crop up on the Spurs radar is Aston Villa’s Jack Grealish, as he looks destined to move to a big club and he may also reportedly be available at a tempting price.
According to the Daily Mail, Grealish has a £45million buyout clause included in the Villa deal he signed with them last year.
The 24-year-old playmaker is certainly someone that Mourinho should look at ahead of the upcoming transfer window.

Grealish is back in the Premier League this campaign with boyhood club Villa and has been excellent in the top-flight so far.
He’s played 17 games across all competitions this campaign, scoring six goals and supplying five assists in return.
His consistent quality performances deserve a call-up from England boss Gareth Southgate and he can only ignore him for so long if he keeps going in the same vein.
Grealish is an attacking midfielder that can thrive in central or wide positions and he’s shown he has the ability to ghost past defenders with his mesmerising dribbling.
Spurs could definitely give him a platform to take his game up another level alongside better players and £45million could be a bargain in the long run considering the state of the transfer market.
