Tottenham have reportedly joined the hunt for in-demand Bolton ace Luca Connell.

According to the Daily Mail, Spurs are set to watch the 17-year-old in action when he could make his Championship debut against Reading on Tuesday night.

It is understood that Southampton, Brighton and Burnley are also Premier League clubs to express an interest in the Republic of Ireland Under-18 international.

The report details that the Championship strugglers could be forced to offload their rising star because of their financial problems and also due to the fact he’s got just six months left on his contract.

Bolton are a team suffering near the bottom end of England’s second-tier, but do have an extremely fascinating talent in their ranks.
