Here’s all the latest round-up from Tottenham on what could be a busy deadline day for Spurs as Jose Mourino looks to bring in a new defender.
Potential Milan Skriniar alternative?
According to the Transfer Window podcast’s Duncan Castles, Spurs could make a move for Roma defender Juan Jesus if they cannot seal a deal for Inter Milan defender, Milan Skriniar.
Jose Mourinho is a big fan of the Slovakian star but could find himself priced out of a deal to sign him. Brazilian defender Jesus, 29, could well represent a cheaper option.
Ryan Sessegnon set for Hoffenheim loan
One man who looks to be on his way out of the club is former Fulham defender, Ryan Sessegnon, according to the Daily Mail.
The 20-year-old has struggled for game time under Mourinho and is set to spend the season out in Germany as he looks to continue his progression in the game. Sessegnon will hope to follow a number of young English players who have done well in the Bundesliga.
Antonio Rudiger wanted by AC Milan now
The Mail claimed over the weekend that Rudiger wanted a move to Spurs but Chelsea were not keen on letting the German join a Premier League and Champions League rival.
And according to Sky Sports’ Transfer Centre (21:27, 4/10), Milan now want to bring Rudiger to Italy. Unfortunately for Spurs, it is AC Milan and not Inter.
