Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly set their sights on Gianluca Scamacca, a player likened to Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
Spurs remain with just one senior centre-forward in their ranks in Harry Kane.
With the January transfer window on the horizon, Tottenham could well look to bolster their front line.

According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Fabio Paratici has identified Sassuolo’s Scamacca as a potential target.
Tottenham are apparently eyeing the 22-year-old as an alternative to Dusan Vlahovic.
And if Spurs manage to land Scamacca in January, fans should be thrilled, as he’s a top talent.
Why should Spurs sign Scamacca?
Scamacca has emerged as one of Italy’s finest young strikers this season.
The 22-year-old had to bide his time to make his Sassuolo breakthrough following a number of loan spells.
However, Scamacca is now impressing in black-and-green, with five goals from 17 Serie A appearances this term.
The 6ft 5in striker is dominant in the air, holds the ball up well, can pick out a killer pass and is very mobile for his size.
And of course, Scamacca has an eye for goal – all traits that make him a superb No. 9.
Gazzetta dello Sport – via Football Italia – reported in April that Sassuolo valued Scamacca at around £21million.
That would be an absolute bargain for a young, extremely talented striker with a high ceiling.
Scamacca himself has deemed Ibrahimovic an “icon” – and some fans certainly think he could be Ibra 2.0.
