Tottenham have agreed a deal to sign Dutch international Steven Bergwijn from PSV Eindhoven, according to the Guardian.
They report that Spurs will pay and initial 30 million euros, plus 2 million in easily achievable add-ons, making a potential total of £27 million.
The report says that it is just the finishing touches on the transfer which now need to be completed as Spurs prepare for life after Christian Eriksen.
And the player PSV apparently want to bring the other way to replace Bergwijn is Patrick van Aanholt of Crystal Palace.

TBR’s View – Tottenham continuing youthful overhaul
Tottenham have long been in need of an overhaul as they have relied on the same players for too long which eventually led to things going stale under Mauricio Pochettino.
But with Bergwijn set to join Jack Clarke, Gedson Fernandes, Tanguy Ndombele and Giovani Lo Celso as new recent Spurs recruits, a youthful revolution is quietly happening.
Jose Mourinho does not have the best reputation for being patient with young players – or in fact giving them their chance in the first team at all – so the jury remains out over whether he is the right man to implement that overhaul.
In terms of a transfer strategy, Bergwijn’s impending arrival fits in with what Spurs have been doing.
