Tottenham are reportedly planning a move for Norwich City defender Max Aarons in the summer transfer window.
According to the Daily Express, Spurs boss Jose Mourinho is eyeing a £120million summer investment to improve his backline ahead of next season.
The report details that the North London club will make a £15million move for Norwich’s full-back as part of that defensive revamp.
It is also explained that Benfica’s Ruben Dias, Nice’s Youcef Atal, Leicester CIty’s Ben Chilwell and Bournemouth’s Nathan Ake are also considered potential targets.
Aarons is an intriguing Spurs target that has been linked in the past and to bring him in the summer looks ideal.
The 20-year-old Englishman is impressing during his first season in the Premier League, despite playing for a side that are sat bottom of the division table.
He is an attack-minded right-back that has been one of the standouts at Carrow Road for his performances and looks a star in the making.

Aarons would be an absolute steal around £15million, as he’s a promising defender that continues to improve and looks destined to play at a higher level.
He impressed in Norwich’s 2-1 defeat at Spurs in January during a league meeting and picked up an assist in that match.
His tireless work-rate and energy is already a key feature of his game, while he would learn a lot from a defensive manager like Mourinho.
Serge Aurier has improved somewhat in the right-back slot at Spurs, but there is no doubt they need more competition and Aarons is a perfect target that could come into compete for a role with a view to being the long-term solution.
