Tottenham fans and players will be sleeping soundly tonight after Arsenal lost to Newcastle to give Antonio Conte’s side a major advantage in the race for the top four.

Spurs had been banking on a Newcastle win all day long and had a fine performance from the Toon to thank for putting their bitter north London rivals to the sword at St James’ Park. An own goal from Ben White and then a late second from Bruno Guimaraes ensured it was a miserable night for the Gunners.

They must now win on the final day and hope Tottenham somehow lose to already relegated Norwich City. Of course, on the face of it, it seems like Spurs have it in the bag. And Tottenham’s social media team were straight on it at the final whistle tonight, as they tweeted out three simple words to rev their fans up online.

Tottenham will be super confident heading into the game with Norwich. Conte’s side have been beaten just once in their last ten and have players like Heung-Min Son in the form of their lives.

Certainly, it appears that Spurs have won out here and their social media team are quick to get everyone going.

There is simply no way Tottenham will blow this. For one, they are too good for Norwich. And secondly, Conte will not allow his team to produce a dire performance. You never know, of course, but Spurs seem to have got this in the bag.
