Tottenham Hotspur will face Liverpool in the final of the Champions League next Saturday in what promises to be a superb contest.
Mauricio Pochettino’s men have been sensational in Europe this season. Dortmund, Manchester City and Ajax have all been beaten by Spurs so far.
The game with Liverpool represents a different challenge altogether and Pochettino will hope to lay his hands on the famous crown.
Shortly after the final in Madrid attentions will turn towards next season. If Spurs are to challenge for the Premier League title, reinforcements will undoubtedly be necessary.

The Mirror are today linking Tottenham with a move for Barcelona right-back Nelson Semedo, who could be available for £30 million.
A Portugal international, Semedo has featured in 45 games for the Catalan giants this season. He has largely played second fiddle to Sergi Roberto, however, meaning they could cash in.
Perfect fit
He is exactly the kind of signing Spurs need to be looking at. Pochettino has the young players that will improve, but what he really needs to be adding is established footballers capable of slotting seamlessly into his starting eleven.
The Evening Standard confirmed last month that Kieran Tripper and Serge Aurier are among 12 players that Spurs will listen to offers for this summer.
Neither of the current options at right-back has done anything this season that warrants them being kept at Spurs. Trippier, in particular, has looked like a different player since returning from the World Cup.

Semedo is only 25 and is a full-back in the modern-day mould. He gets forward well and reads the game extremely well.
Spurs will probably recoup a large chunk of the £30 million required to buy Semedo when they sell Trippier, so the deal looking like a no-brainer.
The 28-year-old has proved a decent servant for Tottenham. Semedo, however, would represent an upgrade on the England international.
