Tottenham Hotspur are going through a tough time right now.
The north Londoners lost in the Carabao Cup third round to Colchester United on Tuesday night, and are languishing in seventh place in the Premier League – 10 points off league leaders Liverpool.
The club have not won away from home in the league since January, and manager Mauricio Pochettino has admitted his squad is ‘unsettled’ (Sky Sports).

Speculation is really building about the manager’s future, despite all the fantastic things he has done for the club during his five-plus years in north London.
There are many Spurs players right now who need to buck up and start recapturing their best form.
One man who arguably hasn’t been as poor as the rest is Harry Kane – and Pochettino needs his talisman to drag the club out the mire.
TBR’s view
Kane may not wear the captain’s armband for Spurs, but he does for his country and he needs to lead from the front over the next few weeks.

The world-class striker is a natural-born leader and his quality and goalscoring has the potential to inspire the rest.
It’s a time where Spurs need individuals to stand up to be counted for.
Kane is the ideal candidate given his talismanic status at the club. Hugo Lloris is club captain, but realistically he doesn’t have the same influence or impact as Kane.
He said there is no hiding (Sky Sports), and now it’s time for the turnaround.
