Janssen ‘impossible’

Mauricio Pochettino has made it 100 per cent clear that Vincent Janssen has no chance of playing for Tottenham Hotspur again.

The Argentine made it clear there is no chance he will be featuring for Spurs, despite the injury absence of Harry Kane.

He stated there was no personal problem between the pair but that as a professional issue he was simply not needed at Spurs.

Playing him now would be ‘impossible’ and Spurs are hopeful of finding him a new club this month.

Rabiot shocker

Tottenham have reportedly not given up hope of signing Adrien Rabiot. The French international is reportedly not keen on the move as he wants to join Barcelona.

However, as reported by Foot01, the Argentine is still keen on the player. The report suggests that Tottenham will make an offer to PSG to sign him now, before he leaves on a free transfer when his contract expires in the summer.

Pochettino will speak with the player this evening to try and ‘convince him’, according to the report.

No Malcom bid

Tottenham do not want Brazilian attacker Malcom, according to Guillem Balague.

Barcelona are keen to sell the player, to help put a financial package together for Rabiot.

However, Tottenham are targeting different areas and do not have the money to sign their former target.
