The latest chapter of the Christian Eriksen is wanted by Real Madrid story now. As reported by The Independent, the Spanish giants could include Colombian star James Rodriguez in any bid to sign the Dane from Spurs.

The report goes on to suggest that Real are confident of signing Eriksen in the summer.

Eriksen’s current deal at Tottenham runs out in 2020. James is currently on loan at Bayern Munich and cost Real Madrid £63 million in 2014.

De Paul linked

Tottenham are interested in Udinese talent Rodrigo De Paul. However, no deal for the player will be done until the summer.

TuttoMercatoWeb is reporting that Spurs are hopeful of signing the Argentine in the summer, although Inter Milan and Napoli are also keen.

The 24-year-old would join a large Argentine contingent at Spurs.

Carroll no-go

Tottenham are not interested in Andy Carroll, according to Sky Sports. Reports earlier this week suggested that Spurs were considering a £2 million move for the player.

However, that is not the case, according to this latest report.

Carroll was being talked up as a potential back-up option for Harry Kane, who is currently absent with an ankle injury.
