Dembele going

Mousa Dembele is set to leave Tottenham Hotspur this month. Whilst there have been differing reports revolving around the fee, it appears that Beijing Guoan are ready to pay £11 million for the Belgian international this month – as reported by The Guardian.

The midfielder is out of contract at the end of the season and has seemingly had his heart set on a move to China for some time.

Doherty was on radar

Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly been monitoring Wolves defender Matt Doherty. The Irish Independent suggest he is set to sign a new £20,000-a-week deal at Molineux, but Spurs had been keeping tabs on the player.

It would have been a strange move. Tottenham are well stocked in the full-back position with Danny Rose, Ben Davies, Kieran Trippier, Serge Aurier and youngster Kyle Walker-Peters all in the first-team.

Meite wanted

Gazzetta dello Sport is suggesting Tottenham are keeping tabs on Soualiho Meite. The Italian paper suggests that the French midfielder has impressed Spurs during his first season at Italian side Torino.

Roma are also keen on the 24-year-old talent, but Torino are adamant he is not for sale.
