Tottenham Hotspur are to rival Manchester City and Manchester United for Norwich City starlet Todd Cantwell, according to the Daily Mail.
The Canaries academy graduate has enjoyed a quality first campaign in the top-flight. His goal against Crystal Palace at the weekend was his sixth of the 2019/20 campaign.
Cantwell does have a contract until 2022 and it’s anticipated the youngster is valued at £30 million.

The 21-year-old enjoyed his breakthrough season in Daniel Farke’s team last season. He played 24 games as the Canaries won the Championship title and has been a mainstay in the team this season.
Jos Mourinho is likely to need reinforcements in the final third. Christian Eriksen is set to leave when his contract expires, whilst others could depart too.
Cantwell has shown his versatility to play on either flank this season and Mourinho could pounce.
Tottenham are six points away from the top-four and need something of a mini-revival during the second half of the campaign.
TBR Verdict – Tottenham the ideal location for Cantwell to shine
A move to one of the Manchester clubs would clearly be attractive for Cantwell but for footballing reasons, Tottenham might be perfect.
The 21-year-old should only look at the like of Dele Alli, Harry Winks and Ryan Sessegnon who have been given the chance to shine in recent years.
The pathway to the first team is clear and Cantwell will be wise to the fact that Eriksen’s departure leaves an attacking void.

Norwich won’t want to sell whilst they are rooted to the foot of the Premier League but they could be powerless if Mourinho comes calling.
It seems likely that Cantwell will leave Carrow Road. This latest news seems to dictate a matter of when and not if the flanker will join an elite top-flight club.
