Tottenham Hotspur round-up: Wanyama recovered, Eriksen wanted and Ramos praises ‘fantastic’ Kane

A selection of the latest news and gossip from Tottenham Hotspur.

Wanyama fine

Victor Wanyama will be available for the weekend clash with West Ham United, despite previous concerns over injury.

The London Evening Standard is suggesting the hamstring injury he picked up on international duty with Kenya is not severe and he should be available.

Wanyama scored in the 3-0 win for his nation but limped out of action.

Kenya are now one point away from qualifying for next summer’s African Cup of Nations.

Eriksen wanted

Reports from Cadena Cope, as relayed by Football. London, are suggesting that Real Madrid are again turning their attention to Tottenham Hotspur playmaker Christian Eriksen.

It comes as Real begin to admit defeat in their pursuit of Chelsea attacker Eden Hazard.

Instead, they are said to be considering a move for the Dane to eventually replace the Croatian former Spurs player Luka Modric.

Ramos on Kane

Harry Kane will be looking to get the better of Sergio Ramos tonight, as England take on Spain in UEFA Nations League action.

The Real Madrid defender has now been singing the praises of the Spurs striker.

He says the England man is a ‘fantastic striker’ who could easily play in La Liga.

Trying to convince him into a Real Madrid transfer, perhaps?
