Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly interested in one of Ukraine’s hottest prospects. TEAMtalk are reporting in an exclusive that Spurs have been monitoring the progress of midfielder Viktor Tsyhankov in recent months.
The report suggests the move would go through in January and has been given the green light by Mauricio Pochettino.
The Dynamo Kiev prospect is currently valued at around €18 (£15.9) million.
Tottenham, along with Chelsea, are interested in signing Serbian talent Luka Jovic this summer. The report from Calciomercato suggests both Premier League clubs are keen on the Benfica-owned striker.
The 20-year-old is currently on a two-year loan deal at Bundesliga side Eintracht Frankfurt and has scored nine goals in 10 games this season for the club.
Barrios not wanted
Despite reports to the contrary, Tottenham are not keen on Colombian midfielder Wilmar Barrios.
Spurs were reportedly watching the player at the World Cup this summer and reports at the weekend suggested Tottenham would make their move in January.
However, ESPN reports that Tottenham have no interest in the player and never have.
