Lloris on future

Hugo Lloris admits he does not seem himself retiring at Tottenham Hotspur. The French international told Telefoot, as reported by the London Evening Standard, that did not think Tottenham would be his last club.

The World Cup winning captain has been linked with the likes of Real Madrid and PSG and an eventual return to boyhood club Nice in the past but is under contract at Tottenham until 2022.

Spurs will hope that the 32-year-old sticks around for some time following his recent discovery of good form.

Toby’s Ajax comment

Toby Alderweireld admits he does see himself one day playing for former club Ajax again. The Belgian international was speaking to De Telegraaf, as reported by the Standard, when he stated ‘never say never’ to the question of an Amsterdam return.

The 29-year-old spent 11 years at the club following a move from Germinal Beerschot’s academy in 2004.

He did however insist he is far from past his peak and believes it is a while yet until he heads to the Dutch league again.

Malcom wanted

Tottenham ‘could offer’ €50 million (£44 million) for the services of Malcom this winter, according to Sport.es.

Sport Witness relays the information from the newspaper today which suggests Tottenham as a potential destination for the Brazilian winger.

The 21-year-old has struggled for first-team football at the Nou Camp.
