Sissoko denied

Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Moussa Sissoko will not be heading to Fenerbahce this week, despite recent reports.

It had been suggested in the Turkish press that Tottenham were open to selling the French international to the Turkish giants, who were keen on a move.

However, the club have denied any interest in the £30 million midfielder in an official statement – as reported by Sky Sports.

Kane belief

Harry Kane has been discussing the team’s win against Manchester United yesterday. Tottenham won the game 3-0 with a stunning second-half display. Kane got the ball rolling when he powered home a header from a Tottenham corner.

It was an excellent result from Spurs. Kane now feels the result has laid down a marker and, as reported by the Guardian, believes a fast start could be key to Tottenham sustaining a title challenge this season.

Jan wants more from Moura

Jan Vertonghen has been singing the praises of Tottenham’s over scorer on the night. Lucas Moura was sensational against United, tearing their defence apart in the second half.

The Belgian has warned the rest of the Premier League that the Brazilian is ‘a nightmare’ as reported by the Evening Standard.

He went on to label him an ‘unbelievable player’ after his exploits at Old Trafford.
