Kondogbia the answer?
Tottenham are reportedly keen on a deal for Geoffrey Kondogbia, according to reports today. France Football are suggesting that Spurs are keen on the French powerhouse, who was a star for Valencia in La Liga last season.
He has only recently made his move to Los Che permanent, joining from Inter Milan for a fee in the region of £22 million.
However, the report claims Tottenham see him as the perfect addition to their midfield with a £71.3 million record-breaking deal possible for the 25-year-old. That would match his current release clause of €80 million, as reported by Reuters.

Midfield injury crisis?
Despite Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino suggesting it was only a minor injury Tottenham are now sweating over the fitness of Moussa Sissoko.
What was originally thought to be a knock to the knee looks to be a hamstring problem. He is set to undergo a scan on the problem, according to the London Evening Standard.
With Victor Wanyama, Harry Winks, Joshua Onomah all injured and Eric Dier, Moussa Dembele and Dele Alli still recovering from their World Cup exertions it leaves Spurs in something of a midfield crisis.
Griffiths: Lyon the professional
Lyon are in pole position to sign Tottenham wonderkid Reo Griffiths. According to Football.London, the 18-year-old has left the club after telling them he wanted to rescind his youth contract.
Sky Sports reports the French side are in advanced talks to sign the player, who scored over 30 goals for the Tottenham under-18s last season. He would sign his first professional contract with the French side.
