Alli wants to repay faith
Dele Alli has been speaking to the Evening Standard, who rumour he is set to be the next Tottenham player to sign a new deal at the club.
The midfielder, who is away on international duty with England, made it clear he was very happy at Tottenham.
He also suggested that the recent new contract handed to Harry Kane had ‘shown trust’ in the players and he was hopeful of repaying that with silverware.

Wanyama row
Tottenham appear to be in a club versus country row involving their midfielder Victor Wanyama. According to Goal, Tottenham are not prepared to release the player for upcoming match against Ghana.
The 27-year-old is now not expected to travel out for the game. Tottenham deem him unfit to travel after only recently returning to first-team training at Hotspur Way.
Eriksen dispute
Another player in an awkward situation with his country is Christian Eriksen. He and the majority of the Danish national team are at loggerheads with the Danish Football Union regarding rights to pay and have refused to play their fixtures during the international break.
It could lead Denmark into selecting players from the Danish second and third tier in order to field a team.
