Bale out
Gareth Bale is not set for a return to Tottenham Hotspur this summer, as reported by the BBC. The Welsh international stole the show in the Champions League final at the weekend, scoring twice in a 3-1 win against Liverpool – including an incredible overhead kick.
After the game, he made it clear that he wants to play week-in and week-out and that has not been happening at Real Madrid.
Now the BBC has reported that despite Tottenham having a buy-back clause in his deal at Real, they would struggle to afford that and his wages.
Instead, the Welshman would be more likely to join a Premier League rival. Tottenham will no doubt be disappointed to see him playing in England for anyone other than his former club.

Pulisic wanted
Tottenham Hotspur are said to be interested in a move for Christian Pulisic. The Telegraph are reporting that the American winger is now the main target for Spurs this summer. It comes after Ryan Sessegnon won promotion to the Premier League with Fulham at the weekend and is not likely to be on his way out of the club this summer.
The 19-year-old Borussia Dortmund winger is a player Mauricio Pochettino admires and Daniel Levy is keen to sign the American, as he continues to try and exploit the American market.
Pulisic is valued at around £50 million and Tottenham would be right to splash out such an amount on the player.
Son strike
South Korea international Heung-min Son has scored an excellent goal for his country. Tottenham Hotspur’s wide man is set to captain his country at the World Cup this summer and is ready to try and shine in Russia.
He unleashed a strike from long-range with his left-foot that flew past the opposing goalkeeper into the top corner.
Tottenham fans will hope it is a precursor toward a positive summer and can fly next season in North London.
