Tottenham fans react to performance of Giovani Lo Celso

Tottenham Hotspur secured a badly-needed victory over Norwich City last night, running out 2-1 winners at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium

Jose Mourinho had seen his toothless side fail to score for three games running prior to last night’s win.

Goals from Dele Alli and Son Heung-min saw Tottenham go within six points of Chelsea in fourth place.

Teemu Pukki did pull a goal back from the penalty spot but Tottenham weren’t to be denied.

The form of Argentinean midfielder Giovani Lo Celso caught the eye considerably.

He was tasked with a role in the centre of midfield and pulled the strings all night to highlight his true quality

The 23-year-old was instrumental in the heart of midfield and turned in arguably his best performance in a Spurs shirt.

Lo Celso is currently on loan from Real Betis. Tottenham can secure the services of the player permanently by paying £55 million during the summer (Guardian).

On this showing that looks like an inevitable purchase and Tottenham fans were delighted with his performance.
