Tottenham Hotspur swiftly got back to winning ways in the Premier League this evening following their loss to Arsenal at the weekend.
Mauricio Pochettino’s men ran at 3-1 winners at Wembley. Harry Kane, Lucas Moura and Heung-min Son scored the goals against an out-of-sorts Southampton who are waiting for the impact of their newly appointed manager Ralph Hasenhuttl.
It was a performance full of positives for Spurs, including one very late in the game.
Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino has rightly gained a reputation for blooding young players and yesterday he handed a Premier League debut to young midfielder Oliver Skipp.

The 18-year-old came on late in the game for Kieran Trippier, who was just returning from a groin strain.
Despite only getting a few minutes of action, Tottenham fans were instantly impressed. He played a delightful pass in for Danny Rose at one point which had Spurs fans up on their feet.
It was just a fleeting cameo. But, together with his League Cup appearance v West Ham and impressive pre-season, many Tottenham fans feel the club have another exceptional talent on their hands.
Hopefully, Mauricio Pochettino can find a way to best develop his talent going forward…
