Tottenham Hotspur could be offered the chance to sign Corentin Tolisso from Bayern Munich this summer, according to ESPN.

The report claims that Tanguy Ndombele is ready to leave Tottenham after falling out with boss Jose Mourinho.

The German side are said to be keen on the player and could offer the World Cup winner to the North London club.

Tolisso is also known to be keen on a move to England. As reported by Fussball Transfers earlier this year, amid interest from Italy, it was suggested Tolisso would prefer a move to the Premier League.

In fact, he has stated as much himself in the past, but Tottenham fans might not like the team he referenced as a ‘dream’ destination.

Tolisso made it clear that Arsenal were on his mind when it came to a potential move to England, as reported by Football.London.

“Many clubs make me dream like Real Madrid, Barcelona and England with teams like Arsenal.

“I like the Premier League and I think I am well suited to it. It is the league that offers the most competition, it is the most open, the most hard-fought and the most spectacular.”

The Frenchman has long been linked with a move to the Gunners and that has again been the case this summer.

In 2016, as reported by L’Equipe, Arsenal were keen and Arsenal’s French scout Gilles Grimandi recommended him highly to Arsene Wenger, as reported by GFFN.

The following summer, Arsenal signed Granit Xhaka instead whilst Tolisso headed to Germany.

Now, it seems he could be used as a makeweight in a deal that sees Tottenham lose their club record signing.

Amid his struggle for first-team action in Bavaria, there is no doubt Tolisso would snap up the chance to play for Spurs. That Arsenal ‘dream’ will only be considered should the Gunners decide to act on their own apparent interest.
