Newcastle United attacker Allan Saint-Maximin is reportedly a target for Tottenham – and some of the Spurs supporters on Twitter have claimed they would like to sign him.
The Daily Mail claims that Jose Mourinho’s team have expressed an interest in the French winger.
It is understood that Spurs could try work around their limited transfer budget by offering Newcastle players such as Danny Rose and Juan Foyth plus cash.
The report explains that the 23-year-old is also on the recruitment list for all of the Premier League’s top six clubs, plus he’s now cropped up on the radar of French heavyweights Paris Saint-Germain.
Newcastle Steve Bruce insists that the club are reluctant to let him leave St James’ Park, as he’s really caught the eye since he joined last summer from Nice for £16.5million (BBC).

A selection of Spurs supporters on social media have argued that Saint-Maximin could be a real positive addition for next season, despite acknowledging that the club need to sign defenders.
Saint-Maximin has had his injury problems so far this campaign, but has looked electric with his pace when available and has found his top form since football resumed.
The left-winger provided a hat-trick of assists in his team’s recent win against Bournemouth and looks like he’s a perfect mould for the Premier League.
