Tottenham supporters have taken to social media following reports that the club could make a move for RB Leipzig goalkeeper Peter Gulacsi.
According to Bild, the north London side are willing to pay the £11m release clause for the Hungarian shot-stopper, with chief scout Steve Hitchen eager to bring the 30-year-old keeper to Spurs as competition for Hugo Lloris, who has just one year left on his current deal with Tottenham.

Gulacsi has been one of the top goalkeepers in the Bundesliga since joining Leipzig, and for Tottenham supporters, the former Liverpool goalkeeper is being viewed as both a bargain signing at just £11m but also a smart recruitment given his experience in the German top-flight as well as in the UEFA Champions League, with the shot-stopper starring for the east German side against Spurs last season in Europe.

Tottenham aren’t the only side interested in Gulacsi, with the Bild report claiming that Roma, who recently hired Jose Mourinho, are also keen on the 30-year-old goalkeeper.
