Tottenham’s Giovani Lo Celso may not reportedly be back in action until March – and some of the club’s fans on Twitter are extremely frustrated by the update.
The Evening Standard reports that the 24-year-old may not be back from his current hamstring injury until late February or early March.
It is added that the Argentine’s fitness problem played a role in the decision to keep Dele Alli in the mid-season transfer window, which shut closed on Monday.
Lo Celso hasn’t played for Spurs since 20 December, meaning he’s missed six straight Premier League games so far.
The left-footed is a creative midfielder that is most effective further up the pitch and he’s scored five goals in 19 games across all competitions this season.
But his time in North London has been plagued by injuries so far, which is why some supporters have compared him to teammate Erik Lamela, who has had countless problems during his time at the club.

A selection of Spurs supporters on social media are fuming that Lo Celso is set to be out of action for so long and are questioning his fitness.
Manager Jose Mourinho will have to do without the attacking midfielder right now, which will be particularly hard with the fixtures piling up even further due to the return of European football.
