Tottenham have been left short of options at striker this season due to injuries – and some of the club’s supporters on Twitter have suggested to their chairman Daniel Levy that they target Patrik Schick in the next transfer window.
Spurs have been left extremely vulnerable in attack this campaign, after senior pair Harry Kane and Heung-Min Son both suffered injury problems during this calendar year.
Schick is owned by Italian club Roma, but is spending the season out on loan with German outfit RB Leipzig and is rediscovering some form.
The 24-year-old attacker started both games recently for Leipzig in their last 16 Champions League tie against Spurs, as the Bundesliga team ran out comfortable 4-0 winners on aggregate.
He’s a physical centre-forward that can lead the line well with his strength and bring others into play around him.
The Czech Republic international has seven goals in 19 appearances since his loan move to Leipzig and is a left-footed star with plenty of potential.

A selection of Spurs supporters on social media have been discussing Schick as a potential target following his comments about the Premier League.
He admitted that there is a temptation to test himself in the Premier League for the first time at some point in the future.
“I’m attracted to England, I won’t lie,” he told iSport.cz last week.
Tuttomercatoweb reported back in March 2019 that Roma were planning to sell Schick for around £22million amid interest from Everton and Leipzig, but he ended up joining the latter on loan the following summer.
