Tottenham Hotspur defender Danny Rose says he is happy at the club and has the full trust of his managers. As reported by The Mirror, Rose believes Mauricio Pochettino’s decision to start him in all four games this season indicates that he is still part of the plans.
Rose added that he is an England regular and has the trust of Gareth Southgate. The left-back started for the Three Lions in Saturday’s European qualifying match against Bulgaria.

But the 29-year-old was the subject of widespread speculation in the summer. After Ryan Sessegnon signed, there was talk that Rose was the third-choice left-back and he nearly joined Watford in a £14m deal (as per The Independent).
But talking about rumours of a summer exit, Rose said: “I don’t need to prove myself to anybody. I have a manager at club level who knows me. You look at last season – I played in the quarter-final of the Champions League, I played in the semi-finals of Champions League, I played in the final. So I’ve got a manager there who believes in me”
He later added that he was “happy” at Spurs. Here are some tweets reacting to Rose’s comments.
