Tottenham were beaten 3-0 by Red Bull Leipzig on Tuesday to end their Champions League campaign in miserable fashion.
A brace from Marcel Sabitzer and Emil Forsberg ended Spurs’ participation in the competition with a 4-0 aggregate defeat.
It left Jose Mourinho with more questions than answers. He will surely already have one eye on the starting afresh with some new recruits during the summer.
One man who could be on Tottenham’s radar is Sabitzer, according to Calciomercato. The report claims both Spurs and Arsenal are keen on the right-winger who is rated at £40 million.

The 25-year-old has been in sensational form this season for Leipzig; bagging 15 goals and registering eight assists in all competitions.
It seems natural that interest will be high and Tottenham could certainly do with his level of goalscoring expertise from a wide position.
Following news of Tottenham’s interest, their supporters have taken to Twitter to discuss whether or not they’d welcome him.
Given the struggles of this season, it seems like the vast majority would be delighted if Tottenham could land the Austrian international.
Here is a selection of tweets from the club’s supporters on the back of Sabitzer being linked with a big-money move to the club.
