Tottenham fans react to reported interest in Wigan forward Kyle Joseph
Tottenham are reportedly interested in signing young forward Kyle Joseph from League One outfit Wigan Athletic – and some of the club’s fans on Twitter have responded by claiming they’d love to see him join.
According to the Mirror, there are four teams battling to sign the highly-rated 19-year-old prospect.
It is claimed that Spurs, Sheffield United, Rangers and Celtic are tracking the London-born teenager.
The report details that Wigan have offered him a new contract with his current deal expiring at the end of the season and they would be entitled to compensation if he leaves in the summer.

Joseph, 19, has made his first-team breakthrough this season after coming through the Wigan academy.
The centre-forward has scored four goals in 11 appearances this campaign, including a hat-trick in December in a 4-3 win over Burton Albion in League One.
Jose Mourinho’s Spurs signed 16-year-old Alfie Devine in the summer from Wigan and at the weekend he scored on his senior debut for the club in the FA Cup third round win over Marine.
A selection of Spurs supporters on social media are optimistic about current Wigan attacker Joseph and have suggested he could be a good signing for them.
There are several talented young strikers on the books with the likes of Troy Parrott and Dane Scarlett, but they are still looking to find the individual who can follow in the colossal footsteps of Harry Kane.
Here are some Spurs fans discussing Joseph:
