Some Tottenham Hotspur fans have been reacting to new links to the Portuguese right-back Nelson Semedo.
According to El Desmarque, Spurs and Jose Mourinho are ready to move for the 26-year-old, who is in strong competition for minutes with Sergi Roberto at Barcelona.
Semedo, a £26 million signing, is sometimes overlooked by manager Ernesto Valverde for the big games in favour of Roberto, who is a natural midfielder.

The Catalan giants also have the promising Moussa Wague on their books.
El Desmarque claim Spurs would be willing to offer €36 million/£31 million for the former Benfica defender, but Barca are hoping for around €50 million/£43 million.
Spurs’ need for a new right-back is fairly clear.
Since losing Kieran Trippier to Atletico Madrid last summer, Serge Aurier has had an extended run in the starting XI but is failing to convince the masses.

His rash nature remains a concern, but Mourinho doesn’t appear to fancy Kyle Walker-Peters or Juan Foyth.
