Tottenham are ready to go back in for Aston Villa playmaker Jack Grealish this summer, according to the Daily Mirror.
They report that Spurs failed with a £25m bid for the English playmaker last summer and want him once more this time around.
But they apparently face competition from two Premier League clubs – London rivals West Ham, as well as Bournemouth – if they want him.
And after Gareth Southgate’s comments on how being in the Championship is blighting Grealish’s chances of getting an England call-up, the midfielder may be more tempted to more this summer – unless of course Villa get promoted.

Southgate said: “The difficulty is always that, although we can see the quality, he’s at a different level and it’s hard to directly correlate what that will look like at a level above.
“I’m not going to say we won’t pick from the Championship, as that could happen, but it’s far more difficult to assess his level. Jack’s a player we know all about, but that last bit of evidence, which could give you confidence to pick him, we haven’t seen.”
And most of the Spurs fans who reacted to the news want Mauricio Pochettino to go out and get Grealish this summer – second time lucky – and we’ve put together the best of the reaction…
