Tottenham manager Jose Mourinho has confirmed that Sergio Reguilon won’t be available for tomorrow’s game in the Europa League – and that has been met by a chorus of upset fans on Twitter.
Spurs defender Reguilon has been out of action since mid-January through injury and the team has lot four of the five Premier League games he’s been absent from.
Mourinho has confirmed that the 24-year-old will also miss the European tie on Thursday against Wolfsberger, but one potentially positive update is that he didn’t rule him out of upcoming fixtures beyond that.
The Portuguese manager claimed “let’s see” with regards to the weekend’s fixture away to West Ham in the Premier League.

Despite having injury problems during his first year in English football, Reguilon has turned out to be a brilliant signing for Spurs from Real Madrid.
The £27million (Independent) star is an attack-minded left-back that is such a threat going forward, assisting five goals in 20 appearances so far this season in all competitions.
He is a speedster that gives the XI great balance when he’s fit, with his understudy Ben Davies not quite possessing the same kind of energy to join in with attacks.
A selection of the club’s fans on Twitter have stressed how important his absence could be on Thursday.
