Tottenham Hotspur fans are loving what Christian Vieri has said about Harry Kane.
The legendary Italian former striker has moved to praise the England captain for his outstanding start to the 2020/21 season.
Kane has been one of the division’s top performers so far, scoring seven goals in eight Premier League games.

But the 27-year-old’s contributions go far beyond just goalscoring, having laid on eight assists, mainly for Heung-min Son.
Kane’s tendency to come deep has been hugely beneficial for the South Korean, and the duo have been frightening at times.
Kane’s all-round game has been the talk of many, and Vieri was full of praise for the star.
He said during a recent Instagram Live Q&A: “He is the only Englishman who is not English (in his playing style). He has technique and sees the game.
“They say that Shearer was the strongest English striker. I can agree – but Kane is the most complete.”

High praise indeed from a man who scored 235 club goals during his career and a further 23 for the Italian national team.
The rate at which Kane is scoring and assisting has led some to discuss the possibility of him perhaps emulating Thierry Henry’s 2002/03 season in which the Arsenal legend scored 24 goals and made 20 assists in the Premier League.
Spurs fans though, will just hope he can sustain this remarkable form, and many were obviously delighted with Vieri’s assessment of their player:
