Tottenham fans react to Brais Mendez rumours

Brais Mendez is a reported transfer target for Tottenham Hotspur.

According to 90min, Tottenham have drawn up a four-man shortlist and Mendez is one of their targets. The Celta Vigo winger has reportedly been identified as a potential replacement for Christian Eriksen.

These rumours have been backed up by another report. As per this article by Bleacher Report, Mendez is one of Tottenham’s options for the January window. It looks like Mauricio Pochettino might be eyeing the 22-year-old.

Mendez has not enjoyed a successful season so far. In fact, the Spaniard – who has played once for his country – has no goals and no assists to his name. In 13 La Liga games, this is a disappointing tally.

Tottenham are currently languishing in 14th place during the international break. Pochettino’s job is under pressure. He needs some inspiration if he lasts until January.
